It's been amazing to follow your walks in nature these last 30 days, to read your insights, and be inspired by your courage. I really want to acknowledge how committed you have been and your sense of experimentation and "just doing it". I hope you have got some valuable new perspectives from this challenge. It sounds like you have become a bit more comfortable being out and about and hopefully, it got a bit warmer over the 30 days! :) It might be great for you to join some kind of walking or climbing group - social and getting outside - don't they call it "Ramblers" in the UK? Maybe the uni has something on offer. Do you have time to give us a quick final update now at the end of the 30 days? What did you learn about yourself? About making change?
