The To good to go app seems to be growing massively at the moment. For those of you who do not know about it this is an app that saves food from being wasted from local business’s. There are a huge range to choose from everything from groceries, local convenience stores and even breakfasts from hotels. The products are often referred to as magic bags. I made my first purchase at the weekend from Costa at Southmead hospital for £3. Photo attached is what was included.

Hi James, Leonie here from cCHANGE. Thanks for the Too Good To Go link, I gave it to my Mum who lives in Norfolk. She signed up and is excited about the Magic Bags! :) The Zero Waste shop at the university also looks fantastic. Have you managed to get there since? How is it going with eating more vegan/vegetarian meals? Have you managed to incorporate it? I am mostly vegetarian too - but I struggle sometimes when it comes to food waste v being vegetarian. I think I have made minimizing food waste a higher priority than always eating vegan or vegetarian, have you experienced this so far? Thanks for the updates, hope to see you at the check-in tomorrow at 11. Best, Leonie Respond

Hi James, Leonie here. Day 30! Congratulations! How has your challenge been going lately? Have you managed to stick to your vegan/vegetarian plans and use less emails. It would be wonderful if you could give us a little update now at the end of the 30 days. It doesn't have to be long and it doesn't have to be perfect, if it hasn't gone to plan. Reflecting without judgement on why things don't work is powerful learning. I want to acknowledge your commitment to this challenge and how you have inspired us with your sharing in the weekly check ins. Hope to see you at the wrap up on Friday. Warm wishes, Leonie Respond
